My mentorship program seeks to provide you with a steady source of guidance and encouragement, helping you understand how your drive and skillset best fits within industry norms, to foster your long-term growth, and build the confidence you need to thrive in creative, production and leadership environments. 

Focus and Intent:

  • Different from Coaching, which is highly structured, my Mentorship involves sharing wisdom and guidance drawn from my own experiences.

  • Provides advice, insights, and encouragement on broader topics, helping you navigate professional landscapes and develop soft (or ‘power’) skills.

  • Mentors generally serve as a role model in some aspect, helping you understand industry norms and build confidence around your experiences and choices.

Methods and Tools:

  • Relies on insights through stories, discussions, and hands-on guidance, rather than formalized tools or structured exercises..

  • We’ll focus on building a trusting relationship for learning through shared experiences.

Outcome Orientation:

  • Differing from the Outcome-driven orientation of coaching, my mentorship is much more Process-driven, fostering long-term growth through exposure to new perspectives.

  • Your growth is shaped more gradually, emphasizing overall career development and confidence rather than specific performance metrics.

Roles and Relationship Dynamics:

  • As a Mentor I serve as an advisor and sounding board over a longer period when compared to a condensed & highly structured coaching program.

  • Our relationship is often more informal, with my mentorship acting as a trusted guide rather than a facilitator of immediate performance improvement.
